Price your double wall paper cups
Pick a size and the drawing, the lid and the price follow. Your account manager confirms it in writing, plus shipping to your address.
Kraft paper option
Standard double wall cups are paperboard with a PE (polyethylene) lining, and recyclable. Kraft paper costs +$15 per case on every double wall size, on top of the same size and print. Ask for it in your quote and your account manager confirms it in writing. The water-based, certified compostable board is not available on double wall. It comes on single wall cups in 10, 12, 16 and 20 oz.
Four print colors are available on a matte finish; gloss runs take up to three.

The print area for each size is on the sheet below in millimetres, flat. Send a vector file and we return a proof on this exact shape before anything runs.

Double Wall Paper Cups: full size sheet
Every double wall size we print, measured. Diameters are across the rim, print area is the flat wrap before it is formed, and the case pack is what ships on the pallet.

Questions we get
Can one order mix double wall sizes?
Yes. One order can include several sizes and cup types, but the order minimum applies to each size on its own: every size needs its own printing plates and its own press setup, so sizes cannot be added together to reach the minimum. Pricing is calculated per size too.
Are double wall paper cups compostable?
No. Our double wall cups are paperboard with a PE (polyethylene) lining, and they are recyclable. The water-based, certified compostable board is made for single wall cups only, in 10, 12, 16 and 20 oz. If compostable matters more to you than a cup that needs no sleeve, ask for single wall in that board.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) is ideal. If all you have is a raster logo or a photo of your sign, send it and we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up printed at cup scale, and what would need redrawing.
Can I see a printed cup before committing to a full run?
Not with your own design printed on it: each design needs its own printing plates, so it cannot be printed before the run. Before anything runs, you get an AI mockup of your artwork on this cup, or a plain paper printout if you want to hold it up to the cup. The free sample box adds unprinted stock in your sizes and a printed wrap sample, so you can check the cup and how ink sits on it.
Do you do the artwork if I do not have a designer?
Yes, at no charge. We send you layout templates, place your logo into the one you pick, and send back a mockup for you to approve. Nothing prints until you approve it.
How long does an order take, and can you rush it?
3–4 weeks from approved artwork. If your date is tighter, say so on the form and ask for a rush; the rush fee is written in your quote before you commit.
How much are printing plates?
$100 per color, for each size. Every size wraps a different shape, so it needs its own set of plates: two sizes printed in two colors is four plates, $400. We keep your plates, so a reorder of the same design pays no plate charge again.
Can you match my Pantone colors?
Yes. Give us the Pantone numbers and we print to them. A slight variation between runs, or between the cup and your screen, is normal when printing on paperboard.
What happens after I request a quote?
You get a written quote with the per-piece price at each tier, the setup involved, and a lead time, before any deposit and without a subscription, an account, or a portal login.
