Where your wrap prints
The print area for each size is on the sheet below in millimetres, flat. Send a vector file and we return a proof on this exact shape before anything runs.
Ice Cream Cups: full size sheet
Every size we print, measured. Diameters are across the rim, print area is the flat wrap before it is formed, and the case pack is what ships on the pallet.
Not sure which portion each size holds? The ice cream cup size chart gives every size in oz and ml and what each one is typically used for.

Questions we get
Can I run seasonal designs on a smaller quantity?
That is what the tier ladder is for. The smallest tier exists so a limited flavor or a summer design does not require a year of inventory.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) is ideal. A raster logo can work depending on its resolution; send what you have and we will say plainly whether it holds up at cup scale.
Do the cups and the lids ship together?
Lid compatibility per size is on the spec sheet above, so you can match what you already stock. Ask on the form if you want lids quoted alongside the cups and we will tell you what we can source; ice cream lids and prices are on paper cup lids.
Can I get an unprinted cup first to check the fit?
Yes. The free sample box is unprinted stock in the sizes you are considering, so you can hold it against the cup you use today before any print decision.
How long does an order take, and can you rush it?
3–4 weeks from approved artwork. If your date is tighter, say so on the form and ask for a rush; the rush fee is written in your quote before you commit.
How much are printing plates?
$100 per color, for each size. Every size wraps a different shape, so it needs its own set of plates: two sizes printed in two colors is four plates, $400. We keep your plates, so a reorder of the same design pays no plate charge again.
Can you match my Pantone colors?
Yes. Give us the Pantone numbers and we print to them. A slight variation between runs, or between the cup and your screen, is normal when printing on paperboard.
