Where your wrap prints

The print area for each size is on the sheet below in millimetres, flat. Send a vector file and we return a proof on this exact shape before anything runs.

Questions we get

Is this a soup bowl or a soup cup?

The same item — the trade calls it both, and so do we. At 8 oz it is 98 mm across and 63 mm tall, wider than it is deep, which most kitchens would call a bowl; at 16 oz it is 98 mm across and 103 mm tall, which reads as a cup. The size sheet below gives every dimension so you can match it to whatever your menu already calls it.

Can one order cover several sizes?

Yes. Kitchens usually run two or three sizes. Each size has its own order minimum and its own price ladder, because every size needs its own printing plates and its own press setup, so sizes cannot be added together to reach the minimum.

Do you print in Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean?

Yes. Send the text in the exact characters you want printed, or an image of your current menu or signage, and it goes on the proof exactly as supplied.

What about lids?

Lid diameters per size are on the spec sheet above, so you can match what you already stock. Ask on the form if you want lids quoted alongside the bowls and we will tell you what we can source; soup cup lids and prices are on paper cup lids.

How do I check the bowl before ordering print?

Request the free sample box: unprinted stock in the sizes you are weighing, so you can fill one and see how it holds before any print decision.

How long does an order take, and can you rush it?

3–4 weeks from approved artwork. If your date is tighter, say so on the form and ask for a rush; the rush fee is written in your quote before you commit.

How much are printing plates?

$100 per color, for each size. Every size wraps a different shape, so it needs its own set of plates: two sizes printed in two colors is four plates, $400. We keep your plates, so a reorder of the same design pays no plate charge again.

Can you match my Pantone colors?

Yes. Give us the Pantone numbers and we print to them. A slight variation between runs, or between the cup and your screen, is normal when printing on paperboard.
