Eco and kraft options

Standard cups are paperboard with a PE (polyethylene) lining, and recyclable. Two paper upgrades are priced per case on top of the same size and print: water-based coated board, certified compostable, +$30 per case (single wall 10, 12, 16 and 20 oz; not available on double wall); kraft paper, +$15 per case (single or double wall, every size). Ask for either in your quote and your account manager confirms it in writing. More on compostable paper cups.

Four print colors are available on a matte finish; gloss runs take up to three.

Which line?

Single and double wall share their lids, and cold cups take a flat lid of their own. Otherwise the board is what changes. Pick one and the price above follows.

bare outside thicker board coated inside

Single wall hot cup

  • One board, coated on the inside; the outside stays bare so it sheds heat.
  • Up to 4 print colors on matte (3 on gloss).
  • Add a sleeve for long holds.

Best for Everyday hot coffee, tea and drip.

outer shell air gap inner cup

Double wall hot cup

  • An outer shell with an air gap — comfortable to hold without a sleeve.
  • Same rim as the single wall, so the same lids fit.
  • Up to 4 print colors on matte (3 on gloss).

Best for Hot drinks that are held a while.

coated outside thinner board coated inside

Paper cold cup

  • Takes its own flat lid, 12 to 24 oz.
  • Thinner board, coated on both faces, because a cold drink sweats.
  • Up to 3 print colors.

Best for Iced coffee, boba and juice.

Wall sections are schematic, not to scale.

Questions we get

Do you print hot and cold cups on the same order?

Yes. One order can include several sizes and cup types, but the order minimum applies to each size on its own: every size needs its own printing plates and its own press setup, so sizes cannot be added together to reach the minimum. Pricing is calculated per size too.

Which sizes do most shops order?

8, 12 and 16 oz, and double wall is the cup type we are asked for most.

What artwork do you need?

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) is ideal. If all you have is a raster logo or a photo of your sign, send it and we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up printed at cup scale, and what would need redrawing.

Can I see a printed cup before committing to a full run?

Not with your own design printed on it: each design needs its own printing plates, so it cannot be printed before the run. Before anything runs, you get an AI mockup of your artwork on this cup, or a plain paper printout if you want to hold it up to the cup. The free sample box adds unprinted stock in your sizes and a printed wrap sample, so you can check the cup and how ink sits on it.

Do you do the artwork if I do not have a designer?

Yes, at no charge. We send you layout templates, place your logo into the one you pick, and send back a mockup for you to approve. Nothing prints until you approve it.

How long does an order take, and can you rush it?

3–4 weeks from approved artwork. If your date is tighter, say so on the form and ask for a rush; the rush fee is written in your quote before you commit.

How much are printing plates?

$100 per color, for each size. Every size wraps a different shape, so it needs its own set of plates: two sizes printed in two colors is four plates, $400. We keep your plates, so a reorder of the same design pays no plate charge again.

Can you match my Pantone colors?

Yes. Give us the Pantone numbers and we print to them. A slight variation between runs, or between the cup and your screen, is normal when printing on paperboard.

What happens after I request a quote?

You get a written quote with the per-piece price at each tier, the setup involved, and a lead time, before any deposit and without a subscription, an account, or a portal login.
